Our Schedule

Make sure to read this page for all the info you will need about our classes.

You can check out our schedule and pricing by clicking the button below!

You will have to create a login for our scheduling in order to reserve a spot. All of our classes are prepay due to the limited spaces available. Once you make a reservation you’re all set to go!

Make sure you reserve your spot and least 12 hours in advance so that we know you are planning on coming. We will cancel classes that have no one attending.

Please note that our floors are padded and you will be either barefoot or need yoga socks for our classes. 

For those interested in Bungee Fitness we recommend trying one of our regular Bungee Fitness classes. We will be offering our other types of classes soon! Keep your eyes on the schedule.

Our Tae Kwon Do can also be done as a class by class basis or a monthly. Please refer to our program page for more info.
